Chapter Three Respond the question below. What does Equality discover in this chapter? How important is this
discovery? Describe four or five ways in which it would help society and make
life easier or more enjoyable.
Equality discovers electricity, this is very important because they do not have it. This would create more jobs, better areas to live, you would enjoy being able to see things, and it would make life just a little easier.
He discovers electricity, because he can change the world with this and he wants everyone to find out. 1. it can make their work easier. 2. he can drive an electrical car and not pollute the air. 3. it can light up the way for his sweeping duty. 4. it can prove that some people are put in the wrong department.
Equality discovers electricity. It is very important because it could change Anthem. It could help make things easier such as work, getting things to people faster (emails), it could also help light up places so they could see in the dark. It would make more enjoyable to see things in the dark without using candles. The candles could have dripped or ran out in a certain amount of time.
He has discovered a little about electricity. His discovery could change a lot of things in Anthem. 1. They wouldn't need candles everywhere. 2. It would make work easier for everyone. 3. He could possibly get moved to the house of scholars instead of the house of sweepers. 4.He might not get into trouble for hiding in the tunnel and for stealing things.

I agree about the fact that the light would make it easier to get around, but you shouldn't for get that they do have candles which can help almost as much if not more as the electricity.
They can see each other they just cant see themselves. They have light just not from electricity all there light comes from candles

He discovers what he calls the power of the sky which is electricity as we know it this is good because they can go in the dark and not make them more creepy with a candle it would bring hope that the world may not be just a dark boring world.
